Transfers and Promotions

Congratulations!

Here are a couple of things to keep in mind as you move to a new position at Western:

  1. If you are starting a permanent position for the first time, you may have additional training requirements to complete,including New Employee Orientation and Sexual Harassment Prevention. Look for emails about this or email us and find out.
  2. If your new role makes you a Supervisor, you will need to complete the Leadership Academy Training series.
  3. If you are newly benefits-eligible you can attend a QuickStart session to learn about your benefits options. Let us know, and we can sign you up.
  4. This is a great time to do a job needs assessment and identify any training opportunities your new role presents!
